My Favorite Quote From May’s Relationship Quotes
This is one of my favorite quotes from May because this is one area that I am currently on in my life. Being spiritual is truly a relationship. It’s a relationship that I strive to understand and develop deeper. A relationship with the Creator will help you and me be in tune with self, nature, and others in your life. I am learning to separate religion from spirituality. This is a hard journey for me because sometimes I feel bad for questioning what I was taught. I am honestly thankful for my upbringing in the church because it gave me my foundation of faith, but I know there is so much more to understand.
Sometimes, we can get so caught up in being religious and set in the ways we have been taught that we forget the main purpose in life, which is to connect to the universe, show love to others, to grow and to help others grow into our purpose. Spirituality to me is a deeper personal level with God and God’s presence in me. My spiritual journey has begun and I am open to exploring what that means for me.
I love how the quote breaks down what spirituality is not. It’s not a formula; it’s not a test. We all will not make it to our spiritual purpose the same way; some may never be open to exploring their spirituality, but it is important that if you have questions to explore and find a deeper understanding of and for yourself. As I discover my spiritual path, I want to share with you what I have learned as I have been inspired by others who have shared their journey. I believe there is so much more to life, and want to be the best possible me. I am developing myself holistically and I believe this will lead me to positive growth.
I am glad that I am able to share with you my thoughts, and as always Be Positive. Be Blessed. Be a Blessing.
Love and Blessings Randa B.
